We take pride in maintaining a high level of quality in every phase of a project, from preliminary design to the successful completion of construction. This is provided by the direct involvement in each phase of the project, including Preliminary Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding, and Construction Administration. One architect leads a design team that works directly with the client throughout a project to insure continuity and ease of communication. This direct communication allows the design team members to respond quickly and effectively to the client´s needs, and translate the program requirements into an aesthetically pleasing, and functionally efficient, environment.
Our firm is skilled in managing diverse projects which require a full complement of architectural and related professional services, including landscape and site design, interior design, space planning, and construction administration. Our computers are capable of running all the latest CAD programs, including Autocad. In addition to talented and knowledgeable staff, we work closely with professional consultants to provide thorough civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering design.
We enjoy creating a new element of architecture and the renovation of existing structures and are proud of our ability to solve client´s problems, while maintaining design integrity. Our ultimate goal is a project we are all pleased with and gaining our client´s complete satisfaction.
